🌹2019:AT A GLANCE🌹

The year 2019 has moved towards the end. New expectations of the new year are waiting in front of us. In such a time we can evaluate ourselves and our work area ,means our SVGMS.If we look on the activities of the school throughout year,we shall find that this year was equally important in many ways.
The year 2019 begins with the introduction of the effective leadership capacity of working principal Mr. Manoj Dewal.Under the leadership of Mr. Dewal the school started preparations for the first CBSE Board examinations.Our board in-charge Mr.Mukesh Goyal was determined not to leave any stone unturned in the preparation.Really he worked sincerely in this aspect.
Mr. Dewal had effectively prepared and implemented an action plan for upgrading the result of class 10th which became largely successful.
Mr. Govind Ram Sr. Teacher(Maths)was honoured by the Sub Divisional Administration on 26th of January for his remarkable work.
The tour team of school went to Ujjain to have Mahakal Darshan in in-chargeship of Mr. Jitendra Gehlot.This tour left indelible memories on the students' psyche.
The last week of February brought a good news as Mr.Mahendra Singh Lakhawat joined the school as our principal.Mr.Lakhawat conducted the board examination successfully while working in harmony with the board examination observer Mrs.Hawa.Once again Mr.Mukesh Goyal proved his excellence during these exams.
In mid March,Mr.Jitendra Gehlot got the local examinations done with a sense of duty.
The annual function of the school was the first major ceremony after the induction of Mr. M S Lakhawat and he made this ceremony a memorial on the basis of his efficient financial management skills.Since then it has become clear that our principal sir has high administrative abilities and he can manage all financial resources for the physical development of the school on his own.
Atal Tinkering Lab,one of the vision of outgoing principal Mr.Basant Kumar Lakhawat,was implemented by Mr.Mahendra Singh Lakhawat. This Lab is proving to be the pride of our school.
Atal Lab,computer room furniture,books for library,Chemistry-Bio-Physics laboratories,cleaning of play ground,school decoration,class room facilitation,arrangements to send sports teams and other students to the cluster and state level competitions,purchasing of stools/charts/ pamphlets,staff dress items,decoration of principal chamber and office,sports items,plantation and their conservation,art room facilitation,guest faculty and on going construction of vehicle stand ,principal Mr. Lakhawat introduced efficient financial management and inspirational cooperation. In fact these are some of the tasks in which the principal sir has made impossible to possible.
Prior to the new session Mr.Ratna Ram(in charge),Mr.Shankar Lal and Mr. Mukesh Goyal took the responsibility to admit the students in our school.Mr.Ratna Ram worked effectively in the keen supervision of principal sir.
Yoga teacher Mr. Sundar Singh worked for sports team selection,conducting practice sessions and made possible team registration amid heavy rain in the month of July-August.Mr.Osaf Hussain,Mr.Rakesh Chouhan and Mr.Harshvardhan gave their full support in sports activities.The selection of many students at state level has been commendable.
Office head Mr.Devendra Sain maintained the credibility of the office to the highest level throughout the year.Mr.Harshvardhan and Mr.Shyam Lal contributed a lot to this task.The cooperation of Mr.Shyam Lal as an office personnel was highly appreciable.As a result of the efforts,complaint regarding office work reached its lowest level.
The celebration of Independence Day became grand due to the positivity of the principal sir.Under the effective directions of Mr.Arjun Ram,Mrs.Mamta Vaishnav and Miss Ruchi Khiriya made this function a superb celebration.
The joining of Mr.Tulsa Ram,Mr. Shravan Kumar and Mr. Mahendra choudhary led to high educational and sporting environment for the school.T R sir discharged the responsibility of deputy principal and made the school advisory board more effective.Mr. Shravan Kumar has given effectiveness to the science faculty in collaboration with Mr.Shiv Lal and Mr.Mukesh Goyal.Mr. Mahendra Choudhary has tried hard to maintain discipline among the students.
The over all performance of our school was found appreciable before the CBSE inspection team.Quick decision making ability of principal sir,vast knowledge of computer of Mr.Praveen Ashiya,support of the office.students' intellectual level and effective teaching by the teachers were few facts that made our school pride upon and we were honoured with the upgradation of our school.This was proved beneficial to other Model schools too.
The continuous efforts of Mr. Mukesh Goyal in the upgradation work will never be forgotten.
Successful upgradation of our school has definitely enhance the credibility of our principal sir among MSPs.
The Amritsar tour, led by Mr. T R Choudhary,was another unforgettable activity in which students found themselves rejoicing.
One more newcomer Mr.Rakesh(Lab.Assistant)has demonstrated his higher academic strength and working sincerely to strengthen science stream.
Mr. Rakesh Chouhan has also succeeded in maintaining the decorum of school library year long.
Through the Scout activity Mr.Shankar Lal has developed cooperative spirit among students and on the other hand Mr. Arjun Ram has ensured a maximum number of participants in Bal Sabha.
Children's fair will always be remembered for the innovative abilities of Mr. Manoj Dewal as an activity in charge.This event has enhanced the management capabilities of students.
The expected support from the office aroused hope among the agency staff(😄😄).We found them working with new zeal and enthusiasm.
Cluster level Maths Olympiad will be remembered for the hard work of Mr.Govind Ram,planning ability of Mr. Manoj Dewal,the support of Jitendra Gehlot and above all the ability of principal sir to spend generously on the occasion.
I(Lal Singh Lakhawat)have contributed at my fullest.
In order to expedite this description it is very important to consider upon some shortcomings and loses of the year 2019.
The transfer of Miss Namrata Sagar in mid session proved to be a drawback for the school particularly for the girls lot.Mr. Osaff Hussain Mr.karani Singh and Mrs Mamta Vaishnav along with Miss Ruchi has tried their best to fill the vacuum.
The death of a student was an irreparable loss to the school family. We were all mournful at this.
There was an increase in the attitude of leisure among students and staff members,which is expected to be rationalized.
Efforts are being made to increase discipline in the school but this requires personal improvement. The ideals themselves provide inspiration.
Mutual harmony,sense of duty,credibility,inspiring personality building,future prospects,result oriented teaching etc.will be some of the sponsored areas for the coming time on which our school will resolve in the new year.
