SVGMS-SOJAT Registration Form 2019 for class 11th , SCIENCE stream. Available at school campus with free of cost from 01-06-2019 to 15-06-2019. Last date to submit fully filled Registration form along documents on 15-06-2019 before 2pm. Students of svgms are also have to fill registration form for class 11th science stream (biology or maths). * Minimum eligible Percent- 66.5% or CGPA- 7. * Maximum relaxation - {SC / ST (3.8%)}, & according certificate- (1.9% to 7.6%) Documents to attach with form. 1. Category- SC, ST, OBC, SBC. 2. PHYSICAL DISABLE, 3. Class 10th rbse or cbse passing marksheet (from Internet). 4. Scout ,NCC, SPORTS, National level activities held on state level (Debate, Art & craft, science, social science exhibition, maths Olympiad ). Above mentioned documents should be attached with correctly full filled Registration form and submit it during school timing from 10-06-2019 to 15- 06-2019
